The abbreviation CAB is an acronym of the joint project of the Department of Building Construction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the STU Bratislava and the companies Physibel (B), Konieczny - Architekten und Stadtplaner (D), Aplan (SK) and EEB (SK) and stands for Computer Aided Building physical modelling. The project is supported within the Marie Curie Actions of the European Commission.

Its main objective is to help architects, civil engineers and also the public to use the computer simulation of the future building performance for the purposes of the renovation and modernization of the built substance.

This project webpage has been launched in February 2007 and the project team aims to develop it to a useful place for each person interested in the improvements of the building design using the tools of the building physical computer simulation.
